This State Park is fantastic value for money, but it will take over an hours drive
 
Drive out of the vista gate and turn right, continue along past the Publix Supermarket and turn right onto Highway 27.
 
Continue along highway 27 to Highway 50, at the bottom of the slipway turn left, continue along highway 50, this road will turn into a two lane highway, after aproximatelly 50 miles you will come to a built up area with a number of banks ensure you keep in the right hand lane as the road divides in to two, continue along highway 50 for a further 10 - miles and you will find the signs for this Park.
 
As stated this Park is a long drive, but it is great value once you arrive there and there is plenty to see, do check out the website.
 
 

Blue Springs is not as far as the Homosassa State Park above, However, once in the park you should take the Blue John boat trip, this trip take around two hours where you will much of the wildlife that Florida has to offer
 
To get to Blue Springs drive out of the Vista gate and turn left, continue along Highway 192 to the I4 Orlando, Continue along the Intersate 4 (I4) until you reach Junction 114, you will  find signs for Blue Springs.
